All fees must be paid prior to occupying site. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense.
All guests must register and sign liability waiver. Daily guest fee is $5.
Check out time is 11am.
RV sites and cabins cannot be subleased.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.
Camping tents are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
No pets in the cabins. Pets must be leashed and current immunization records provided upon request. RV sites may have up to 2 pets and owner must clean up after them.
Proof of current registration and insurance for all vehicles, motor homes and trailers that remain current during your stay.
Campers must provide air tight sewer connection.
Camp fires in designated areas only. All trash must be bagged before being placed in the trash bins.
Management reserves the right to deny privileges or access to persons breaking any park rules.
We (The Bluffs on Taneycomo) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or theft that may occur during your visit.
We are not responsible for any acts of vandalism, theft or other damages to personal property or for personal items left by a guest.
We are a nature surrounded facility so please be advised that you may be exposed to animals, insects and reptiles that live in this area including some of the following spiders, ticks, squirrels, chipmunks, skunks, raccoons, opossums, armadillos, snakes, bees, wasps, hornets, bears, deer, turkey, coyotes etc…. that are native to the Ozarks. We advise you to respect all wildlife and stay away from any you see. Most pose no threat if they do not feel threatened or provoked. If you see any wildlife and feel that they may be a threat to you, please notify the staff immediately.
You are responsible for your children. There is traffic that passes through the park and your children are your responsibility to keep safe from the road ways and traffic. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries of any persons on our or road ways.
As with any public area,there is a possibility for accidents or theft concerning your property. Please lock the cabins, your RV’s or vehicles when you are away. We are not responsible for your personal items or damage to or loss of them.
We do our best to ensure the safety of the park, by putting rules in place and keeping watch, but you are responsible for your personal safety and your property. If you see anything or anyone that you think may pose a threat to you or the park property or other guests, please contact one of our staff immediately.
